Our client is a large Korean electronic screen production company currently looking for the position of ER Assistant Manager with the following specific information:

Job Description:

– In charge of labor relations: to grasp the needs, desires and satisfaction levels of the company’s employees, solve relations between the employees and the company,
Determining the reasons for leave of employees, etc.
– Building organizational culture
– Organizing events in the company

Job requirement

– University degree or higher, preferably in labor law
– Experience: Over 06 years experience in the field of labor relations, personnel; Preferably candidates work in large  enterprises, industrial zones
– English proficiency


– Salary: 1000$ – 12000$
– Tet Bonus 1 month salary, KPI productivity bonus, other bonuses according to company regulations
– To be assessed and considered for annual salary increase according to the company’s regulations
